Principles and Practices
Procedures for all phases of the Manufacturing Process
In order to achieve these objectives we adhere to the following principles and practices during every stage of the manufacturing process
- Fibre Testing is done with Uster-HVI tester and Advanced Fiber Information System
- We only use latest and technologically advanced machines for the production process
- For process control we follow Uster 5% to 25% standards of International norms
- We test performance of Yarns after converting into fabric for Knitting and Dyeing
- We also do UV checking of every single cone
- Every consignment is thoroughly inspected by our technical and quality inspectors
- Every empty container is examined before stuffing for damages
- Physical inspection of produced goods before stuffing
- We ensure only one lot per container during stuffing
- Our packing is available in Pallets & Cartons. Packing is made strong enough to withstand multiple handling
- Photographs of the loaded container at different stages can be made available
- We also provide production samples for any shipment as per customer requirements
